我們是6.2入住的，酒店房間很小而且有一股異味，下水道反臭很難聞，酒店房間外面還有工地在施工，最主要的是我晚上洗漱的時候開洗手枱上的燈，結果被電了，我以為是我手上有水才會被電，然後我朋友手乾著試了一下也是一樣被電了，給酒店工作人員説了也沒人管，最離譜的竟然是這麼大個酒店，費用也將近九百多，防盜扣竟然還裝的是反的，我想問一下是要防誰？總之體驗感很差，不建議入住。

地理位置很好，就在行政服務中心附近（去果果塘買票坐車之處）停車場很大就在賓館後面，服務員野很熱情，儘量滿足你所有的需求，賓館全新裝修，房間也很寬敞，我們晚餐就在酒店內吃，味道不錯。晚上睡覺也很清靜，早餐也還不錯，就餐地方乾淨寬敞也很明亮，除了性價比不高（墨脱這個地方都差不多），是不二的選擇。

房間衞生乾淨無異味，停車場很大，到了晚上都停滿了，晚上睡覺時翻身，床吱嘎吱嘎響，影響睡眠，住過全國幾十家的維也納，從來沒有這種情況，早餐也不能和別的城市維也納相比，邊境城市可以理解。

衞生：馬桶坐墊圈上有毛
環境：有自己的停車場，吃飯方便
設施：有電梯，不過從停車場上來沒電梯，如果行李多要先在酒店門口卸下行李
服務：不是很熱情但也不算差
衞生間和洗澡間是共用一扇門，也就是説如果一個人上廁所另外一個人就洗不了澡，反之，衞生間是磨砂玻璃，挺透的，於是自己想了一個辦法，見圖7，佩服自己的機智；

體驗很差，完全不值700多元房費，以後不會選擇這個店了。1、房間洗臉盆水龍頭出水非常非常小，以至於早晚都無法洗臉、洗東西；2、洗澡水也很燙，無法洗澡；3、總枱服務員態度冷漠生硬，讓人不快；4、夜晚聲控夜燈遲遲不熄，非常影響睡眠；5、停車場約1/4面積臭水橫流，衞生較差，觀感不好。

在墨脱來説這個條件算不錯了，因為雙進單出的原因性價比不是那麼高，停車場非常大，前台小妹服務很好。

今年公司接了墨脱的工程，第一次來這裏出差，好漂亮啊，很開心，住的維也納很不錯，來之前沒有想到還有這麼好的酒店，前台穿民族服裝的小姑娘也好看，酒店衞生也很好，還有各方面的提示很全面，無論是進出時限還是景點特色，行程安排都給出來合理的建議，今天要上工地了，忙完了再回來這裏住，有時間了去仁欽崩寺轉轉，以後要多申請來墨脱

位置好找，停車場挺大需登記！服務態度和設施都挺好！乾淨整潔！樓下一層餐廳早餐品種繁多，人多時感覺有點小，午餐炒菜川味不錯！住的鄰街和停車場兩邊的房間早上都感覺有點吵！

酒店位置還不錯，硬件設施有些欠缺，電視根本就不能看，服務員也不會弄，洗衣房很亂，沒有人收拾，房間衞生還可以，總之相較於這個價位的賓館，有點不值了
